GSM Call callback service gives our customers the ability to utilize our low low rates from any phone they want. It doesn't matter if it is from your home, your mobile, or your office. Making a call from your VoIP device is the cheapest method, but when you don't have access to internet and still want to save lots of money on your phone calls and especially when you are dialing international, our Callback service is what you want. How the callback service works is we have several call back “trigger” numbers through the world. When you want to make a call, you just call one of our trigger numbers and let the phone ring. Our system will recognize your callerID and compare it to your account. If it is a match, then we call you back on that phone number. You are then prompted for what number you wish to dial and are billed for each leg - the inital call and the destination call according to our extra low rates. Because of hacking and safety concerns - you must contact customer service with the number(s) you wish to be added to your account for callback and then a customer service agent will contact you with the trigger number for you to use.

For those users that want to initiate the callback via the web instead of by your telephone with a trigger number, your account is already setup for this, simply login to your account and click "trigger a call" you are then prompted for your number and the number you wish to call and the call will be placed for you.
